The Amsterdam area is home to an impressive range of companies and knowledge institutes operating in the life sciences. This has opened up opportunities for clustering and strengthening the region’s economic structure, as well as its ability to innovate and compete.
Operating under the label, Amsterdam Biomed, AIM is currently working on setting up a collective profile, joint presentation and collaborative projects. Apart from building a dynamic community to exploit synergy between the life science organisations in the Amsterdam region, the objective of the Amsterdam BioMed Cluster is to open up the regional knowledge and technology base to national and international parties interested in doing business here.
The goal of Amsterdam BioMed Cluster is to turn the greater Amsterdam area into an internationally attractive and innovative bioregion.
